About me page one more time

I edited About me page one more time. I was told that I should put my own photo there instead of the doggy image which I had. The one which I was taken was not good. I am not photogenic so it is hard to take a photo where my face looks okay.

However, I asked my friend Olivia and she took me a new photo. It was little too dark, hence I decided to edit it in photoshop. Firstly, I used Brush tool to clear the background, next  I used Spot Healing Tool to erase my spots and red colour from my face.

Then I clicked on Image bottom, which showed menu where I found Adjustments bottom I clicked on it and  started changing Brittleness/Contrast. It did not look good, so I changed Hue/Saturation, but it started looks to red.   

I come up with the idea about turned it into Black and White, this function shows also clicked on Adjustments bottom. Black and White pictures have a different type, I liked the most Green Flirt. When I had done it I add it to my website, but I was disappointed with this effect. 

I started thinking that  I need something that distracts attention from my face as I believe it is a cause of the problem. I used Marquee Select tool to select part of the photo which I was going to change. I corrected it on the different way such as changing Hue/Saturation, Brightness/Contrast and Colour Balance. After finishing it, I clicked Ctrl+T to change dimension. I wanted to make my face little bigger and delete rest of body.

Thereafter, I added it to my website. I am not sure if I made a good decision because my website most of is black and white and such colour picture cannot match to rest. However, I seriously tried to make this image better. I believe it would be much better if I would stay with the puppy picture!
