smartdraw

Last week I was introduced to new software which is SmartDraw
This software has a lot of useful functions, but unfortunately, I had not given to try them before my free trial was finished. I only focused on learning how to make the floor plans. So firstly, I use the Shape tool to create the square, which should be the base in my project. Then using this same tool I added one more rectangle, but definitely smaller because I am going to put there only stairs and elevator. Thereafter, I connected both of them, and use the Open Wall tool (which is only just a white rectangle) to make open space between those elements.

It was quite easy, but when I  wanted to edit it I had a problem. During editing, if I change one part, other change on itself. It can be sometimes helpful, but not this time. Afterwards, by using Standard Roomes Size tool I added the three rooms (in which plan do toilet) and put on three sequent walls trying to make it symmetrical. I tried to use Round Walls tool, but the effect was not satiated me, so I just pasted a common circle, and change its line size into bigger, thanks to that it looked like walls.

SmartDraw is really simple to use. What is more is useful, every shape you add is measured, hence you can be seriously precise. However, the trial version is ordered only by one week and if you want to continue, you must buy transcription for 10 pence by month.
